Refund Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
This policy describes how refunds work on Booth. Creators set policies for their own products; this page covers platform-level defaults and how payment processors handle disputes.
1. Creator-sold products
When you buy from a creator storefront, that creator is responsible for delivery and refunds unless stated otherwise. Check the product page and the creator’s stated refund terms before purchasing.
- Digital downloads: many creators offer limited or no refunds after file delivery — confirm before buying
- Courses & memberships: refund windows (if any) are set by the creator
- Bookings: cancellation/reschedule rules are set by the creator; missed appointments may be non-refundable
2. How to request a refund
Contact the creator first using the email on your receipt. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact Booth through the support options published on our website with your order ID. We may help facilitate communication but are not obligated to refund creator transactions from Booth funds.
3. Booth subscription fees
Fees you pay to Booth for platform access (Creator / Creator Pro) are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the Service. New Creator subscriptions include a fourteen (14) day free trial; cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting the creator/Booth may result in account suspension. Processors investigate disputes under their rules; evidence may be shared as needed.
5. Illegal or undelivered orders
If a purchase is clearly undelivered due to a platform outage, contact support with your order ID. We will investigate in good faith.
